Extra functionality in the search bar would be good.
ie I need to find a job, so if I start searching under the client name a list of their open jobs should begin to appear (a bit like google search), or if I start searching a job name/service type, all of those should begin to be listed.
This would make it really quick to navigate around Onkho to the job/client etc that I am looking for.
