How does it work when I remove services from a client but need to keep the data stored in the Document Portal for a period of 3-7 years?
Is there a nominal charge for keeping the document portal available for a 'contact' without them being a 'client'?
We don't do nominal charges as there is a cost to keeping that data. However, we can look at a dormant client discount on a case by case basis.
If cost is an issue, the best thing to do is to download all the files in the client's document portal - see here - and store the zip file on free storage elsewhere.
