Navigate to the document portal of the client you're interested in.
Make sure you're in the Home folder.
Click "Select All" - this will select all documents and folders in the Home folder.
Click on the ellipsis "..."
Click on "Download"
All content of the client's document portal will be downloaded as a single zip file.
