You may want to write a message now but have it sent later
Sometimes you may not want to send a message straight away. You may be working at the weekend or late evening but not want your client to come to expect responses out of business hours. "Schedule send" is the option you would use to do this.
Schedule send applies to all messages you send out of your business irrespective of how it is sent. At the time of writing, this means emails and SMS.
You'll find this as an option on the Send button:
Once you click schedule send, you can set the date and time you want your message to be sent.
Click "Schedule send" to confirm and you're done.
Once a message has been scheduled to be sent, it can't be cancelled. However, you can delete the message from the relevant conversation. Currently, we do not support drafts.
