Snoozing means temporarily forgetting about a conversation until a later date or time
Sometimes a conversation may need an action but you may not want to take that action straight away.
To help you stay focused, you can hide the conversation away for a period of time - that's what snoozing does. The conversation is not lost - it's still available in the client's activity feed - and it will reappear in Inbox at the date and time you have set.
To snooze a conversation, open up the conversation panel:
Click on the snooze icon as shown above. You can then choose the date and time you want the conversation to appear in Inbox again:
You can find your snoozed items in your client's record as well as in Inbox by setting your filter to show snoozed conversations.
