Auto-reminders can use your default mailbox or you can choose the mailbox by service.
Use the default mailbox
To check your mailbox setup, click on Settings > Mailboxes.
Setting the mailbox by service
To set a mailbox by service or to override the default mailbox you need to customise the service.
To find the service to customise, click on Settings > Services and then the service you want to customise.
