FAQ : What is archiving and how does it work? Print

Archiving is basically a flag on a conversation that helps you organise your Inbox.

The default view of Inbox shows Unarchived conversations only. So, when you archive a conversation, it disappears from the default view.

You can always bring it back by Unarchiving it from the Inbox or the contact's activity feed.
