Yes, you can move a single item from a conversation or one or more conversations by using the organise tool.

Moving a single item

Open the conversation panel and click on the ellipsis button on the email (or other item) you want to move.
Click on "Organise" to launch the organise tool.

Moving one or more conversations

Select one or more conversations in Inbox.
Click on the organise icon to launch the organise tool.
