Saving items to a contact updates their CRM record and keeps a rich history of your relationship
Saving one or more conversations from Inbox
- Select the conversation (or conversations) you want to save.
- You should now see the bulk action menu.
- Click on "organise" to bring up the organise tool.
- Click on "Save to a contact".
- Select the contact you want to save to.
- Click on save.
- If you refresh the Inbox you should now see that your conversation (or conversations) now show the contact name as a link, instead of an email address.
