Saving items to a contact updates their CRM record and keeps a rich history of your relationship


Saving one or more conversations from Inbox

  • Select the conversation (or conversations) you want to save.
  • You should now see the bulk action menu.
  • Click on "organise" to bring up the organise tool.



  • Click on "Save to a contact".
  • Select the contact you want to save to.



  • Click on save.
  • If you refresh the Inbox you should now see that your conversation (or conversations) now show the contact name as a link, instead of an email address.
