What does customer success mean?
The Customer Success team does pretty much what it says on the tin - it does anything it can to make you successful using onkho.
From your very first demo of the platform, through the trial period and becoming a paying subscriber, you'll be dealing with our Customer Success team. In fact, we try and make sure that you deal with the same Customer Success agent every time. That's because we think relationships and trust matter! Its not always possible....apparently the agents have evenings, weekends and holidays too....but we try!
We don't have separate teams to deal with different types of platform user, just one team that works together to make sure that everyone uses onkho successfully.
